I am working on h1b fulltime with a company and got ead recently.

 

also doing part time mba and got a ta position who also will pay me hourly rate and will generate a pay check, can i use ead for this.

 

question is can i do both one on h1 and othe ron ead is that even legal? Will i haveany issues going forward? Pls help

it is ilegal to use both H1 and ead nuvvu ead use chesthe H1 is gone

What @Spartan said is not true.

this is official from my attorney 

You can take a few different approaches to this – you could use your EAD for both or you can maintain your H-1B with A and use the EAD for B or you can have B file a part-time concurrent H-1B.

If you use your EAD, Your H1b is gone bro. Most of the people dont want to take chances and keep using their H1b even though they have the EAD, just to be safe.

Unless you have the DUI or gaps in the employment, you don’t need to worry you can just use EAD. there will be no issues in getting green card
Like others said the minute you use EAD, you H1 is automatically invalidated.
