It’s not due to shampoo bro. It’s due to hard water. Try to get water softener installed at your home or at least shower filter and see the difference in a month.

Wash your hair with bottled water...! Buy 1 or 2 cases just for washing your hair every 3-4 days.

Don't use water from the tap. Water softeners are a bit expensive & not possible if leasing.

I'm assuming your drinking water is safe. Even then, I would use Brita instead of drinking directly through tap.

For hair, you should always be careful.
