Most likely they don't want to have any outstanding loan by the end of MS.  No patience to wait until graduate and pay off after they get a real job.  Not many come here for their interest in further studies but only to earn money with shortcuts and "settle" fast/young - the gen Z thing.

Well many ki lands vunnai kaka. naa TG cousin vachetappudu loan lathkor lekunda one acre ammi 10ngadu agri land.
