I have been saying this to everyone in my circle since my career beginning but mostly no one listened. now everyone accepts that I guessed it correct. at least nenu chala minimal pampanu

Under construction also is listed as unsold inventory, it makes sense for Hyderabad to have so much inventory because the construction has picked up a lot post Covid. It is a flawed logic to see 1 lakh unsold inventory and expect price cuts but the prices are trending higher because there is a lot demand. Per year there are sales of 30-35 apartments/houses and which means even with 1 lakh houses unsold we are in a deficit (this inventory is projected to come to fruition in another 3-5 years)

All this inventory is in pipeline to be completed by 2026-2028. If there is lot of overhang and then it is a concern(i.e the time building remain for sale on the market since the time listed), but overhang has come down from 24 months to 16 months
