My observation is bigger houses are not easy to rent especially in Texas unless the rent is way down. The tenant has to also calculate the utilities and other charges along with the rent.

Smaller homes can easily fit their budget and also control their utility costs. Anyway looks like next year is going to be dedicated to "Tejams" and the never ending greed
