Yes we operate like a bunch of hedge funds with different mandates and risk levels under one umbrella. We try to generate alpha over agreed benchmark. 

ETFs are considered as passive, we don't do that much, there is not much money can be made managing passive ETF as the fees are so low almost next to nothing
