It’s a political strategy, bengal elections lo trinamool congrees win but mamta was defeated in her constituency. Bjp put strong force to defeat mamta 

KCR strategy to contest 2 seats is he can campaign for the party and he does not have pressure to win his own seats 

1 seat aithe opposition will spend 200cr to defeat his seat
