right now I am on zero carb dite since 2.4 weeks 2 weeks laa 7 pounds lost...no weight training... only HIIT training and raquetball...india nunchi nutritiousn nee hired daily 1550 cal intake with 70% fat 25% protein 5% carbs.

150 grms protein ki ayethey

bf- eggs 2 24grms

lunch - 25 grms (meat)

bread with peanut butter 25grms

non fat greek yogurt - 2 times 25 grms

dinner  25 grams 

nyt before bed chocolate milk 18 grms

snack - protein drink 24 grms (whey)

 

protein 140 - 150 grms Jai Balayya

fiber ela 

i also eat pinto beans, chick peas, green gram.

but at the same time I am not used to this kind of heavy diet ??
