• Her company received 2 H1B initial approvals in total. In FY 2018, 4 initial denials.
• Kelly Huang, CEO,  collected $1.9M, $1M of that through paypal and venmo.
• Kelly came on F-1 to study at U of Mississippi (probably Oxford, MS), became L2.
• She charged $900 to $1100 per student to certify I-983 (So, 1900 * 900 = 1.71M)
• She spent $700K on luxury goods like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Channel and Prada
• She has used Mountain View, CA., Regus office location for her company.
• One of the OPT guys is working for Chinese intelligence. That's how this has unraveled.

At least in IT Chinese help each other. Maybe, because Chinese feel Indians dominate the business.
