Many attorneys,  advise you to not change positions or employers until 180 days or six months from the date of filing the I-485 or after approval.

Yes Better to stay with the employer for at least six months. if you leave the employer too quickly, they can give you a hard time during the citizenship interview questioning that you never intended to stay with your employer or that it’s not a permanent offer…

After 485 filing 180 days unte chalu bro afaiak after approval not needed many people confirmed
