Regarding Consultancy Change????

Hi Friends,
I wrote 1 year contract when i was joining in the consultancy but I changed consultancy recently with out informing them. After few months i got email from old cons that come to my company other wise we will enforce your agreement.

So will they create any problem for me. Please let me know Guys.

As far as I knw .. Agreements are not valid in USA. You are not a slave to write an agreement bond and stick to it. You can work to any employer without any problem. You give him another email saying that you will reveal all the facts about the consultancy then he will keep his ass shut and will not bug you.
