Like walking and small things 

one of my friend died in gym

Also body is 80% diet ( what we are eating )

Be mindful of what we are putting in it along with what we are doing in gym

include protein in every meal and dont skip any meal 

skipping meals only leads to lost muscle not fat…

calories in < calories out… stick to basic rules

This is must .... 

 

Issues doing  intermittent fasting ... And not eating healthy food and not going gym

You fell weigh loss.. actually you lose muscle thats why you loose weight mostly ... 

 

Fat taggithe bodylo ... You look young... This is the sign that you are reducing weight Ani ....
