Indirectly you are saying TDP is interested in amaravati only for real estate..

koncham common sense vadandi bhayya its simply impossible to develop amaravati + give endless schemes like bus free for women , unemployment benefits , 3 gas cylinders and what not rubbish...

as amaravati develop cheyyali antee again they need to keep 2 fresh loan applications to world bank and asian bank and on top of that schemes apply cheyyali...  not practical and feasible..

like it or not concept of amaravati grand city is dead..

Anna ikkada andari prema AP meedha anukunnava yendhi house thheesi. Andariki GC vachindhi Corona time la next 5 years la OCI batch idantha and all are in 50's. Want to sell their lands dhaniki TDP kavali. Anthe kaani AP meehda g love ledhu love day ledhu including me. Next Gen kids Ind yevadu podu so better sell lands buy something here batch idantha.

Evari personal reasons vallakundacchu. But amaravati is good for people of ap. If some citizen benefits does not mean it needs to be cancelled.
