I prefer cz over glocks. Better grip and recycle..trigger reset..cheaper too..and lot of competition ready options .. you can get one with optics for 500$

For .22lr rugwr mark iv is considered ultimate ..you can get one in 22/45 style 

Ideal for ipsc competition

 Depending on his/her state of residence the person with green card  might have limited options and might require additional permits.

Happend in Texas.. I think the weapon was not loaded but uncle couldn't control his excitement ..pointing a gun at himself and others is almost asking for jail term

On an average it costs 30$ to rent a range all day, per person

Ammo if you are purchasing at range, the most inexpensive ones like aguila or Remington .22lr will cost you 50$ for 500 rounds.

Renting a handgun another 20-30$  ..if it's a long rifle 45$ at cheapest 

Next, target silhouettes 2-5$ no big deal

Renting noise cancelling headsets + safety glasses 10$.

Total: 145$ -200$ per visit.
