Monthly payment : 2.5k with break down ( 1726 Interest + 240 Principal + Escrow). 

Rent: 2.5k antunnav ok. but that area median home values are around 375k undi and Income level in that area also 38k pa which is very low.. you may end up getting a bad quality tenant where i measure risk is very high. I am saying you may not find tenant relatively quicker.

I dont think any one who is smart enough to hold a semi conductor stock would invest in low median income area and expect a higher rental returns on it. dumb move.
