Bharat Ratna for #PVNarasimhaRao ,this is one news which is going to rattle Sonia Gandhi like anything as she hated him with all her might ,she suspected him to be a closet Sanghi,he also never paid much heed to her orders,in short he refused to be her puppet like Manmohan Singh! So she showed her hatred for PVN when he died by not letting the hearse carrying his Body inside Congress headquarters for congis who wanted his aakhri darshan,it was parked outside under scorching sun for hours,that’s how vindictive this woman was to India’s prime minister! What a refreshing change from Nehru,Rajiv Gandhi who gave Bharat Ratna to themselves while Modi Ji acknowledges the contribution of opposition leaders like PVN,Karpoori Thakur,Chaudhry Charan Singh nd conferrs the country’s highest honour to them. Very proud of our PM

PVN is another topic where you can see jaffa mind virus pyshcoism in full effect.

When PVN was a  leader with no mass base - NTR gave him respect by putting no candidate is now seemandhra Nandyal.

It was seemandhra which gave PVN the political life of a PM not TG. Before that he was just a "loyal" high command coterie like undavalli. Nothing more even though he was a cm - no mass base.

But when PVN died - despite demand from TDP to have his memorial in delhi. The jaffa god YSR coudlnt do it.

Despite jaffa failure in honoring PVN - they act like it is their achievement.

NTR Backstabbing episode loo PV did not favor NTR thanks to CBN

 

“During the height of the crisis, NTR tried to get Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao’s help in wriggling out of the situation.

Both NTR and Parvathi spoke to him on the phone, seeking his support.

A desperate NTR reportedly offered his cooperation in Lok Sabha elections if P.V. could see that the assembly was dissolved.

According to Upendra, NTR was even ready to give up all Lok Sabha seats in P.V.’s favour if he were to rescue him from his predicament.

While Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy, who was the Opposition leader at this time, supported the dissolution, other Central ministers from the state such as G. Venkataswamy and P.V. Rangaiah Naidu opposed it.

The latter contended that it was the right opportunity to weaken NTR, who was the Congress’s primary political rival.

Meanwhile, Chandrababu was said to have pulled some strings in Delhi through a secretary close to the prime minister.

The name of P.V.R.K. Prasad, P.V.’s media adviser, was mentioned by Lakshmi Parvathi in this context. 

P.V. chose not to act in the matter.

In 1991, when P.V.Narasimha Rao contested from Nandyala for Loksabha elections, NTR did not put any candidate against him. At that time, NTR told that, for the first time, a person from Andhra Pradesh is going to be the Prime Minister, and he did not want to create an obstacle in his path. But, Nadendla says, since P.V. supported him in 1984 to get back his power, he did not put the candidate in 1991, and not because of any other reason.

Yes in retrospective - the pvn-mms reforms were not that succesful. They were done under force of bankruptcy. These reforms took a price - not a single inidan manufacturing company exists now in consumber durables except a few auto companis. everything from tv to fridge to washing mmachine to cars to cell phones is mostly made by foreign companues.

On top of it- they failed to bring investments. which is the only good thing about this. CBN also adopted these reforms like PVN-MMS. But he could being job generating investments.
