Electoral bonds a concept is good rather than old system where up to 20k rs not need to maintain receipts. That's how political parties got most of the donations earlier and all in black money. Tax exemption should be restricted to only certain percentage of company revenue or completely removed. And donors name need to be public. And why shouldn't normal citizens not know about these transactions. Companies may get preferential treatments in landing govt contracts, influence policy making, insulation from wrong doings and many more.
