Cut down on meat/animal based food that are high in saturated fat n eat ones with good cholesterol…more like shrimp n eggs

Mine was 180 5 years ago, currently 145...I was on atorvastatin for 1 year then totally forgot about it...was exercising regularly until 6 months ago..Dr said no statins required now...Dr suggested to reduce fatty foods and start regular exercise..

Managing things with just diet and exercise can feel really tough sometimes, especially when meds come into the picture. I tried some herbal blends from secrets.shop that had a mix of extracts, and it helped me ease off meds a bit. Not saying it’s a cure, but it gave me more balance without harsh side effects.

Daily after waking up early morning, crush a garlic clove (just nalige laga Kottu, don't cut). Leave it for 10 mins to get allicin released. You can brush your teeth meanwhile. Then swallow it with water. Leave atleast 30 - 40 mins for breakfast or tea/coffee. Youcan thank me after your next Lipid Profile test
