yogdenon Posted June 24 Report Posted June 24 Managing things with just diet and exercise can feel really tough sometimes, especially when meds come into the picture. I tried some herbal blends from secrets.shop that had a mix of extracts, and it helped me ease off meds a bit. Not saying it’s a cure, but it gave me more balance without harsh side effects. Quote

Once a year I had to take 2 - 3 months medication. not sure I’m able to control with diet and excersie. Any of you using medication, long term any side affects ? Daily after waking up early morning, crush a garlic clove (just nalige laga Kottu, don't cut). Leave it for 10 mins to get allicin released. You can brush your teeth meanwhile. Then swallow it with water. Leave atleast 30 - 40 mins for breakfast or tea/coffee. Youcan thank me after your next Lipid Profile test Quote
