I agree with you, I have always believed that we need to re-write our constitution.

The existing constitution is based on the Westminster model, which is not native to India. We have different beliefs and backgrounds and we need a code of conduct book written to govern our own interests better.

Soverinity naa istam endi vayya, its nation's interest, laws are made by parliament and guaranteed by judiciary....India is a sovereign nation, India made a law, ratified by its parliament and guaranteed by the supreme court.

Evvarini impress cheyyatle...ippudu ee persecuted religious minorities US/abroad PIO/OCI card holders laantivallu! Nationality different country but ethnic Indians whose father/grandfather/great grandfathers are Indians...these religious minorities grandfather/great grandfathers were Indians. For religions native to India such as Hindus/Sikhs/Jains/Buddhists....there's no other country in the world which they can culturally/religiously relate to more than India. They can also go to the countries which signed UN refugee treaty which India has not signed .
