other scenario, if someone has 3 times white money then they can take the risk of 800K ( business) but they don't really want GC.  Anni paisal unte GC is aath.

so GC is mainly wanted by people who live paycheck to paycheck for some stability .

yeah but do you know how long will it take to get under EB-5; I personally know ppl who have been in the line for the past 6-7 yrs to get their GC under EB-5 category; its not like you invest today and within a year or two you get GC.

ala anukolev; my frnd's masters classmate;  invested in some horse breeding company and got GC; they are HNI's in India. that will help them to come here for vacay, come for delivery so that future generation would be US citizens ala plan chestaru.

Having GC in US means paying taxes on your world wide income. Else you will need to handle your transactions in India on your parents , brothers or other relatives or benamis names.
