Risk appetitive of the candidate seems to be high. Also high aspirations (not happy with 40L salary in India). Good for him. People with high drive usually succeed well. 

I would advise against coming here but if he decided to come, I would wish him well. Who knows he may do well if everything works for him.

yes I do agree, wrt to being on H1B at mercy of consultancy guy; is it worth uprooting what you have. 
US ee goal aa, money ee goal aa or experiencing a foreign country goal aa; manaki telidu kada. 
Safety net; backup option vunte I dont mind but sarigga plan lekapotey. I have seen ppl of that age coming that route and settled successfully in US; it was rough for them staying away from family and all.

I never believed in Crypto. But my friend is high into it. He invested in Bitcoin @15-20K and sold @70K. He is the one who bought the home I was quoting. 

Imagine advising him not to buy Crypto
