Its a good suggestion. Usually if something is reported to skip level. They usually come to these meetings a few times. But managers are smart to keep their tongue in check when it happens.

na experience lo HR ni or skip level manager ni involve cheyyadam waste baa...they always side with the manager no matter what to protect the company first....
