opt lo konadam ante sahasame ane cheppali.. many doing these days but too much risk. Especially now one has to stay min 5-7yrs to make some equity if not with these high rates you might lose money.

You can easily buy house worth of upto 600K. 
Save little more for down pymt and closing.

Anyways rentals will go up for next 2-3 yrs until interest rate come down.

Job fulltime ithe.. planning to stay in same job there for a while.. h1 ina opt ina same.. you can buy now
