ఇజ్రాయెల్‌పై అనూహ్య దాడికి పాల్పడ్డ ఇరాన్‌పై ఆంక్షలు విధించేందుకు అగ్రరాజ్యం అమెరికా సిద్ధమైంది. ఇరాన్ మిసైల్, డ్రోన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌పై త్వరలోనే నూతన ఆంక్షలు విధించబోతున్నట్టు అమెరికా మంగళవారం తెలిపింది. ఇరాన్‌తో పాటు దాని మిత్రదేశాలు, భాగస్వామ గ్రూపులు కూడా ఈ ఆంక్షల పరిధిలోకి రావొచ్చని అమెరికా జాతీయ భద్రతా సలహాదారు జేక్ సల్లివాన్ ప్రకటించారు. ఇరాన్‌పై శిక్షార్హమైన చర్యలకు సిద్ధమవుతున్నామంటూ యూఎస్ ట్రెజరీ సెక్రటరీ జానెట్ ఎల్లెన్ తెలిపిన అనంతరం తాజా ప్రకటన వచ్చింది. మరోవైపు యూరోపియన్ యూనియన్ విదేశాంగ విధాన చీఫ్ జోసెప్ బోరెల్ కూడా ఇరాన్‌పై ఆంక్షలు విధించేందుకు కసరత్తు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.

రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ఇరాన్, దాని క్షిపణి, డ్రోన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌తో పాటు ఆ దేశ రివల్యూషనరీ గార్డ్స్, ఇరాన్ రక్షణ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ లక్ష్యంగా నూతన ఆంక్షలు విధించబోతున్నామని సల్లివాన్ ఒక ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. తమ మిత్రదేశాలు, భాగస్వాములు కూడా ఇరాన్‌పై ఆంక్షలు విధిస్తారని ఆశిస్తున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు. కాగా ఇరాన్‌పై ఆర్థిక పరమైన ఆంక్షలు విధించేందుకు అమెరికా అధికారులు పరిశీలిస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే.

కాగా సిరియాలోని డమాస్కస్‌లోని తమ కాన్సులేట్‌ కార్యాలయంపై దాడికి ప్రతీకారంగా ఇజ్రాయెల్‌పై ఇరాన్ గత శనివారం దాడి చేసింది. ఇందుకు 300లకుపైగా క్షిపణులు, డ్రోన్‌లను ఉపయోగించింది. దాదాపు అన్నింటినీ ఇజ్రాయెల్ రక్షణ వ్యవస్థ కూల్చివేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
