Riverisland to dublin okka train proposal undi. Mostly 2027-28 lo operating avochu.  Aa dhairyam thoney naa circle lo friends chaala mandi konnaru akkada. Lets see how it goes.

How? Location wise or the way the community is built?

Mountain house - Drawbacks are access road that connects to highway is a single lane and could get crowded. High winds. Advantage - School district, desis, closer to city compared to River Island. 

I have not been to River islands.

community kotadi kada anna kodiga more planned ga kattaru , schools are charted exclusive for RI residents , artificial lakes chala kataru , some lake front houses ,  and it sourrounded by san joquain river tooo , lot of open spaces left for parks , some staidums fields etc etc etc

commute same shiit even worse than mountain house and tracy hills , very high property taxes because they are providing above ammenities its kind of hoa to use them

People in the Bay Area are buying properties in Folsom, Elk Grove, and Sacramento, which are 2 to 2/12 hours away from the Bay. If you have a remote job or commute monthly, buying in Folsom is much better than buying in Lathrop, Tracy, or Mountain House. 

These areas are developed with all amenities nearby and has a great school district. There are very big lots with valley views, the Folsom River, trails, and plenty of recreational activities. also, Great ROI

River islands community is more planned. Lot of water bodies too. Commercial complexes kooda unnayi. Charter schools too. More greenary.
