It does.. but ppl choose not to use it.. it gives them a false sense of belief that they know everything while stupidly believing that what they hear first is correct.. and also what they believe is correct… rationality goes for a toss.. that’s why parties and leaders try to push their narrative as fast as they can and as much as they can..
