జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి నోటికొచ్చింది చెప్పరు.. రాసుకొచ్చిందే చెబుతారు. రాసిచ్చే వారు ఏమి రాసిచ్చారో.. ఆయన ఏమి చదివారో కానీ.. మేనిఫెస్టోను రిలీజ్ చేసేటప్పుడు రోడ్ల ప్రస్తావన తెచ్చారు. టీడీపీ హయాం కన్నా ఎక్కువ రోడ్లేశామన్నారు. ఎంత అంటే 43వేల కోట్ల రోడ్లేశామన్నారు. అందరూ ఓహో అనుకున్నారు. కానీ రోడ్లవి అని అందరూ తర్వాత అయిన అడుగుతారని డౌట్ వచ్చిందేమో కానీ వెంటనే సర్దుకున్నారు. టీడీపీ హయంలో వర్షాలు పడలేదట.. కరువు అట.. తన పాలనలో వర్షాలు విచ్చలవిడిగా పడటం వల్ల రోడ్లు కొట్టుకుపోయాయట. అంటే జగన్ చెప్పిన దానికి అర్థం 43వేల కోట్లు పెట్టి రోడ్లేశారు కానీ వర్షాలకు కొట్టుకుపోయాయన్నమాట.

 

జగన్ రెడ్డి చెప్పిన ఈ మాట ఇప్పుడు వైరల్ అవుతోంది. అవునా.. నిజంగా రోడ్లేశారా.. ఎప్పుడు అని అందరూ చెక్ చేసుకుంటున్నారు. వేసిన రోడ్డు మా ఊళ్లో ఎప్పుడు కొట్టుకుపోయిందా అని టెన్షన్ పడుతున్నారు. కామెడీ ఏమిటంటే.. ఇలా రోడ్లు కొట్టుకుపోవడం వల్లనే.. అభివృద్ధి నేది పెద్దగా కనిపించకపోవచ్చునని కూడా తీర్మానించారు. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి లక్షల కోట్లు అప్పులు చేశారు. అందులో ఓ పది శాతం సంక్షేమ పథకాల పేరుతో ఓటు బ్యంక్ కు పంచారు. మిగతా డబ్బు ఏమైందో లెక్కలు చెప్పలేదు.

 

విచిత్రం ఏమిటంటే.. ఐదేళ్లుగా ప్రతి ఒక్క లీటర్ పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ పై రోడ్ల కోసం ఒక్కో రూపాయి ప్రత్యేకంగా వసూలు చేస్తూ వస్తున్నారు. వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ప్రభుత్వానిి ఆదాయం వచ్చింది. వాటిని కూడా రోడ్ల కోసం ఖర్చు పెట్టారు. అంతర్జాతీయ బ్యాంకుల నుంచి తెచ్చిన డబ్బులు కూడా దారి మళ్లించారు. కానీ అప్పులు మాత్రం అలా మిగిలిపోయాయి. చెప్పుకోవడానికి మాత్రం రోడ్లు వేశారు.. వర్షాలకు కొట్టుకుపోయయంట.
