13000 steps and still cholesterol aa 😲, looks like genetic issue. sometimes these numbers don't tell the whole story. does anyone in family have heart issues? then you should be worried otherwise just relax and keep faith

10K steps antene 5miles, pace is important but taapi ga chesthe anni steps avavu daily so I assumed it's brisk walk. 30 miles daily too much nannu adigithe taruvatha knees impact avtai. Brisk walk and swimming are the best minimum side effect excercises.

I mean 30-40 mins run bro .. have good running shoes just go out and run ..

I heard this but not sure how true is..keep fasting once in a week …when your body needs energy it will burn fat for energy..

yeah but my point is everyone's body type is and genetics are different. He's doing good enough amount of exercise and good food to have high cholesterol.

Weekly 5 to 6 days of gym 15mins cardio and other exercises. Yoga is not going to help much. Try to join crossfit if you don't have any backpain and age supports go for it. 3 months lo you can see difference.

Don't eat any bread. Try chick a Fila spicy southwest salad twice a week.

Apple cider vinegar one spoon in a day with one Oz of water

Before any meal Try to eat one cucumber and avocado one sweet potato. Instead of any rice Try to eat half cup of quona. Try to add cauliflower curry and bitter guard in your curry list. Take arjuna or cholestrofit from Himalayan ayurvedic tables yiu find in indian store

What ever Diet or yoga you plan to do, understand it has to be lifelong. So instead of quick diet, follow a plan that's sustainable life long. Else just take medicine. Its true that BP and these cholesterol are hereditary. Do not delay

Very good suggestions, this works as long as the person continues to use them.

The moment they go back to usual ways, cholesterol will be back again. Takes a lot of discipline from the person to continue to do this.
