I came to US on H4 and changed to F1 status in US.and planning to India for F1 visa stamping.I need divorce.will it affect my F1 visa stamping ?even after entering the US my husband has right to cancel my visa? plz rely.i am worried..

Your Husband has rite to cancel your visa and also if your husband has provided any support of financial matter in your education he has rite to claim the money and also he can request university to cancel support from him but depends upon university either they may ask  you provide financial support or they can cancel ur i20 with out intimation.
