Any consultancy ready to sponsor H1 visa?

I am on H4 Visa. I am looking for a consultancy who can sponsor me H1 visa. My skill set is .NET,C#,Sql server,Web services,WCF services. My educational qualification is BTech.

Any guidance/help is appreciated.
