How is job opening for Prod SQL DBA

I am looking job opportunity in SQL DBA in USA...planning to shift as production DBA from present technology.How is the job market for SQL DBA Any comments/advise will be appreciated.

I have 10 years experience in IT but in my technology finding job is difficult...
