sounds fishy though. If you have direct clients why do you need to train and fetch candidates? You can go to dice and monster and find tonnes of candidates with Tibco experience ... Want a screenshot of tibco resources from Dice or monster ? For my requirement I spoke to nearly 14 candidates and submitted 3 resources that are local to the position, anyway gud luck.
