Please help me in making a website

I am just a starter in making the websites. I should honestly say  I know nothing.  Please some one of you help me in starting and make me understand. I have seen a lot of people posting ads saying that the google paid 1.49 $ per click like that. I too want to be earning money. Please help me out. i appreciate the time u spent for me to read  this post
