most of the consultancies have either a fixed pay or percentage basis. ask them for both the options and then you can decide. In percentage basis for a fresher the percentage is different for the first year and then changes for the next year.

Thanx Jason... I already done my masters in 2008 but dont have any luck. Right now in a good consultancy but there marketing is not that much aggressive. so looking for someone who can do corp2corp......... I am a big  los@r  los@r
