H-1 B VISA CHECK LIST FOR VISA PROCESSING
PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE AND ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN U.S. SIZE PAPER-8 1/2 x 11
ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THE H1-B QUESTIONNAIRE ARE MANDATORY AND MUST BE ARRANGED IN THE ORDER LISTED BELOW.
NOTE: Please place a copy of the checklist on top of the documents

Copy of Experience Letters / Previous Company Appointment Orders, relieving letters (need experience for full 3 years in the IT field), (2 recent pay stubs from the current employer with offer letter if you do not have the experience letter from the current employer.)

Copy of Passport ( only the stamped pages ,the copies should be clear) please do not send blank pages
4)
Copy of most recent I-94 (Arrival date should be clear)

Copy of Educational Evaluation (if any)

Copy of Degree Certificate and Mark Sheets for all the years

Copy of Diploma Certificates and Mark Sheets / Any other Computer related course works with certificates and transcripts. At least 8 to 10 computer course works needed for the candidates who have a non computer related degree (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CONDUCT CERTIFICATE / TRANSFER CERTIFICATE/ SPORTS CERTIFICATE).

UR OPT Starts around March

SO u got OPT from MArch to March ( Chance 1 during this 12 month period)

Then OPT Extnsn : ( March to March + 5 more months ( Till August ) ) ( Chance 2 ( March ---March ) & chance 3( March - August) )

So ikakda most cases lo Andaru ,, 2nd attempt use chesukokunda.. 3rd attempt , March - august lo file chesukovachu ,, u don;t need to pay taxes from this October to the Next August anukuntaru..


Kaani its a matter of Riskk .. If u don;t appply for a H1 during the second March - MArch period..

Quota kaani OPen untey .. Its better to file for a H1B during the LAst feew months of the 2nd attempt rather than waiitng for the 3rd attempt in the current day situation..






Ala kaakundaa ( June - august period lo GRAD ithey ( U may have one more chance I think , but depends on when u come out exactly )

LCA for students during OPT Extension ::


LCA anedhi Oka employer gaadu vaadi employee aa state lo work chestunnanduku akkada Labour LAWS ki related kind of form ,, which need to be approved before u can file for a H1B for an employee working in that state.

So kontha mandhi employees LCA correct gaa teestaaru neeku project start avvaganey , kontha OPT lo undey vaallaki ventaney teeaykunda edho games play chestaaru..

so make sure you got the LCA part going on properly with the current State even if u r not under payroll yet..

For in-house projects.. ithey Employer Local State Govt ki oka 3-4 file chestaadu in some cases.. to use them in case of emergency antaru... IT all depends on the employer and employee relation part..




Inka nee H1B filing ki Lawyer ki documents chala isttamu.. Make sure you got alll the Transcripts from Engineering..

mostly MS Students Dagagra Original Degree untundhi.. Full Page MArks memo untundhi..( single Sheet Like a Transcript of complete Engg)

But its better to keep a set off transripts from First Year to final Year.
