Testing job:

• Candidate should possess sound coding skills in C#
• Should possess strong application-testing skills and troubleshooting skills
• Should be experienced in test automation, writing test scripts, and creating test plans/scenarios
• UI testing skills would be an added advantage


Development job:

• Strong development experience using C#, and ASP.NET
• Should have worked on large/complex applications (user-based exceeding millions)
• Should have worked on an application end-to-end (design, coding, and deployment)
• Should possess sound experience in writing SQL queries and must have worked on large databases
• Should have expertise in at least one of these – WCF/WPF/WEBSERVICES/POWERSHELL, AZURE,SILVERLIGHT,
