Any consultancy ki genuine ga 80-20 iste work out kaadu.... Atleast nee karchulu anni nuvvu pettukovali... (Health insurance etc, H1, GC)

Simple logic... Oka vela nee billinh 80/hr ayite, consultancy oniki migiledu 16/hr.... [color=#ff0000]Dantla around 8$ tax potadi[/color] (Employee ki pay cheshe tax... Malla company profit la tax is different... Ee logic koncham confusing naaku kuda)

Any way, migilina 8$ X 2000 hrs per year = 16k... [color=#ff0000]Dantla company will pay around 25% in taxes[/color]... So migilina 12k la neeku h1 petti, month oka 150 (1600 in the year) heath insurance ki katti... Ivvi anni not possible anukuntunna... Unless paina red la unna 2 taxes same ayite tappa...

ya... oka 5-10$ billing rata takkuva chepatru... unless manam own ga marketing cheskoni, manam billing matladukunte tappa...

And same consultancy la 60k ki job cheshetollu untaru... So oka manchi requiremnt oste 1st preference will go the the 60k fellow... Paisalu ekkuva migulutayi kada...
