Nen last year oka job chesa consultancy throw ga...worked for 7 months and then project ayaka took a break and joined my university back for PhD. Employer ki chepa kuda after joining that naku job nachatledhu, so I have decided to stay in my core competency ani. vadu dabbulu aduguthunadu to let me go.... so nen calm ga unna as I am back to school ani.... this year W2 ravali naku vadi nundi kani ivatledhu.... after repeated calls n emails vadu dabbulu isthey kani naku W2 pampivananadu. Naku chiraku dhobbindhi...I was totally frustrated and I complained IRS regarding this. Valu Employer has to give you W2 no matter what happens ani thegesi cheparu.... I filed a complaint too. Ivala vachindhi IRS nundi oka letter, Employer neeku W2 pampivakapothey u can do a subsitute for W2 which is Form 4852 ani. I am kind of confused how to fill the form and send whom to employer or IRS. ipudu valu employer registration kuda cancel chestam antunaru, if I legally go ahead n file a complaint- which I did. Employer ki oka letter n naku oka letter pampicharu. If anybody knows how to deal with the situation, can you please help me !!!!
