Having W2 is always good. the employer looks stupid..without giving w2 he does a little. Complaining on any consultancy is hasty..a lot of other employees will suffer. That bastard wants to apply my h1 with the sold company name itself..... how in this whole world would i agree to it.... my h1 will be rejected for sure 100 %.... y d hell will i take a risk..... n as u say 1500.... watever the amount is... i earned it right... dont i have the responsibility to file my returns.... if he doesnt give me my w2.... n i end up not filing the returns this year....ill be under huge trouble... who is responsible for that.... think before you talk anything...
