Help Needed For Extension For F1 Visa

Hello friends,

I need help and suggestions regarding F1 visa extension, my visa has been expired last year in nov. and my opt will expire in 2012 july.right now i dont have a job, and by the end of march or starting of April i need to apply for H1(which i may not able to do )so if i need to stay in US ppl r saying F1 is the only option... so please help me regarding the F1 extension procedure or how to stay in US even after Opt Expires... Please Help guys...
