Recent payslips
Bank statements for the amount you mention for your trip in IMM 5257
Copy of your Passport and I 94
Copy of your all Visa stampings,
If masters in US all OPT cards, All I20's must
University Degree and Transcripts
If no Masters then Bachelors degree copies
you need to Provide a Itinerary for Trip so just provide the dummy one for the dates you mention in the IMM 5257 form.

Canada processing has a high success rate. If u r in hyderabad, Go to good consultancies in area of Himayatnagar. If u need it still, I can get u a name too soon.
