I took 4 CPT's during my Masters, 1 Fulltime for 11 months and 3 part-time. I lost one of the part-time CPT. I got an RFE (request for evidence) when applied for OPT asking me to provide all the 4 CPT's. My college says that it doesn't have a copy of that CPT. Is there any way to get the copy of that CPT?

College valaki system access emayina untada..ahh particular CPT malli print chesi ivvadaniki...or ahh poyina CPT copy ki evarini contact cheyali...how can i get that?
