now a days they changed to online completely.
online lo accnt create chesi documents upload cheste vallu verify chesi approve aite visa pampiyamantaru

1) Create a Personal Checklist Code by answering the questions in the Come to Canada wizard at [url="http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp"]http://www.cic.gc.ca...ometocanada.asp[/url]. Print the checklist for reference.

2)Apply online at [url="http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/index.asp"]http://www.cic.gc.ca...vices/index.asp[/url] after creating a GCKey or Sign-in Partner login ID, and registering with
MyCIC. Enter your Personal Checklist Code when prompted


once u finish these steps fill all the docs and upload(there will be a screen) and pay fee and submit
