Since the University closure has been spread across and it looks like the officials are sending the RFEs about the proof of accreditation to those who are graduated after 2010. I think the people who joined before Aug 2008 will be OK (Just a guess). And one more thing that it will be an issue for new H1s as you can't file under quota but for extensions it should not be an issue. And it could be an issue for GC process who wants to file/already filed under EB2 for those who has I-140 got approved should be fine. Everyone wants to live a good life. Hope everything will be OK, keep your finger's crossed. God bless all.
