Core container is ....Application server frame work (like web logic,jboss, tomcat etc)

AOP is a service(spring written by us) sitting on top Core engine..and acts as independent service..

simple example tho chebuthanu

take for example vending machine which dispenses coke etc....

so u r building a mobile app ..where u can order Coke via mobile..

so now user sent a req..using his mobile...

at the same time ...some one else is using the vending machine..

now ur app ..should know about the availability before delivering the cock

till the req. comes back from machine (that it is free) ur thread will be help on hold

once the response comes that machine then ur thread will be processed and coke is dispensed

Here we have to hold one req. till other req. is processed..

here is where we is threading concepts .extensively...


runnable ...is some thing different...suppose u want to run ur code separately for each request ...till the user exits then u can use runnable

example

Chatting apps ike yahoo etc..

User A sends req to User B

problematically first server receives the request...and looks for B and starts a thread for A and B
separately...
till one of them kill the thread.
