Title:  Load Test EngineerJob Responsibilities:
• Understand SDLC Process, Performance & Load Testing. 
• Prepare Performance Testing Plan, Test Cases and strategy.
• Collect requirements and coordinate load testing activities.
• Develop, customize and execute LoadRunner scripts and scenarios using Web, Oracle NCA and other protocols.
• Execute Load, Stress, Reliability and Latency tests.
• Monitor the Applications, Web/App Servers, Memory, CPU and network performance issues during LT executions.
• Analyzing and reporting the load test results with necessary graphs,reports and PPT presentations.
• Provide on-call support for any urgent load testing requirements.
• Coordinate with off-shore and onsite teams.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years experience on HP Load Runner tool.
• Working knowledge of HP Quality Center, QTP tools.
• Proven expertise in developing, debugging LR scripts using Web (Http/Html), Oracle NCA and other protocols.
• Good knowledge in ‘C’, Java to customize Load Runner scripts.
• Implement load testing plans, develop scripts, data and implement testing standards. Troubleshoot issues and report test results.
• Understanding the critical business processes flow, dependencies and understand the data requirements.
• Ability to understand the logical and physical architecture of the application.
• Knowledge of SQL and Monitoring tools like Introscope, ITCam, Auptyma is a plus.
• Flexible to work with Offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
