I am not a CRM developer to be exact but we created and implemented a bunch of plugins, sales support modules and workflows for our in house CRM system. It's a small company so the implementations are typically for a smaller user base. I am not an expert but I can try to answer your questions.

Neenu rayaledhu bhayya. Rasdham ankuntunde kani kudarledu so,  I am not so sure. Starting 2012 Microsoft changed and revamped the certification program ani vinnanu.

thanks..the problem with this is after every 2 years you need to go for re-certification which makes sense technically but already rasindi expire cheyakunda like level 2 level 3 ala peduthey bagundu
