2)Yes april 1st 2014 is the earliest date u can apply for next years quota....so antha lopu evariana company/consultancy sponsor chesthe they'll apply for you on that date.....lottery anedhi depends firts roje cap limit exceed avuthe(currently it is 65000)....it will be lottery and they'll stop accepting applications on the day cap exceeded the limit....
3)so first u need to find someone who can sponsor h1b for you from india.....don't pay any money....for sponsorship[....
