How many days does it take to sign up for E-verify?

 

Situation:

Na job monnane poyindhi. but client gadu prime vendor daggaraki vasthe job vuntundhi ani cheppadu. Vendor gadu H-1B ki apply chestha ani ante happy ga feel ayya, kaaani chusthe vadiki E-verify # ledhu. So, he contacted lawyer to sign up for E-verify and process it. 

 

H-1B apply cheyadaniki E-verify # compulsary ah..? april 1st kalla vasthe saripothundha... lekapothe mundale vundala..?

Only Opt extension ki e-verify number kavali, but H1 ki everify avasaram ledhu, you can work on H1 even if the company is not everfied.

H1 ki no need of E-Verify man... and chaala pedda pedda companies kuda e-verify cheyyavu okkosaari... I think if I remember correct maa friend kuda cisco vallu direct H1 chesaru instead of OPT and all (may be of same reason)...
